Konecktah connects customers with local service providers for easy booking and scheduling. Whether you're looking to book a service or manage your business, here's how to get started:
- Create an account — Sign up with your email address or phone number.
- Browse services — Discover businesses and services near you.
- Book a service — Select a date, time, and any add-ons, then confirm your booking.
- Make payment — Pay securely through Paystack via mobile money or card.
- Manage bookings — View, track, and manage all your bookings in one place.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create a booking?
Browse available services, select the one you'd like, choose your preferred date and time, add any optional add-ons, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation once your booking is placed.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. You can pay using mobile money or a debit/credit card. You'll be redirected to a secure payment page to complete your transaction.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes, you can manage your bookings from the Bookings tab in the app. Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by service provider. See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.
How do I leave a review?
After your booking is completed, you'll be able to rate and review the service from your booking details screen.
How do I report an issue with a service provider?
You can report a service provider directly from their business profile or from your booking details. Our team will review all reports promptly.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to the Profile tab in the app to update your name, email, phone number, and other account details.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are handled by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
For Business Owners
How do I list my business?
Download the Konecktah Business app, create an account, and follow the setup process to add your business details, services, pricing, and availability.
How do I manage my bookings?
All incoming bookings appear in your Business app dashboard. You can accept, decline, or manage bookings from there.
How do I receive payments?
Payments from customers are processed through Paystack and settled to your registered bank account or mobile money wallet according to Paystack's settlement schedule.
