Request permanent deletion of your Konecktah account and personal data

This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please read the information below before submitting your request.

Data that will be permanently deleted

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
  • Your booking history and upcoming bookings
  • Your reviews and ratings
  • Your saved addresses and preferences
  • Your payment methods stored on our platform
  • Push notification tokens and device information

Data that may be retained

  • Transaction records — Financial records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Ghanaian tax and accounting regulations.
  • Anonymised analytics — Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for service improvement.
  • Legal obligations — Any data required to comply with legal proceedings, regulatory requirements, or fraud prevention.

What happens next?

  1. We will send a verification email to the address you provide below.
  2. You must confirm the deletion request via that email within 48 hours.
  3. Once confirmed, your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
  4. You will receive a final confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
