After registering, your business profile goes through a brief verification process. Our team reviews your information to ensure quality and legitimacy. Most businesses are approved within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your account is active.
We support all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our integrated payment processing. Payments are processed securely at the time of booking, and businesses receive settlements on their chosen schedule (T+1, T+3, or weekly).
Yes! You can register and manage multiple business profiles from a single account. Each business has its own scheduling, staff, and analytics. Switch between businesses effortlessly from your dashboard.
Businesses can set their own cancellation policies (refundable or non-refundable). When a customer cancels, the appropriate refund is processed automatically based on your policy. Businesses can also issue full or partial refunds manually when needed.

Absolutely. Konecktah supports three roles: Owner (full access), Manager (can manage bookings, staff, and view analytics), and Staff (can view their own schedule and manage assigned bookings). Each role has carefully defined permissions.
When a business marks a booking as a no-show, the customer is notified and has a time window to dispute the marking. If disputed, the business can review and either uphold or reverse the no-show status. This ensures fairness for both parties.
